Accommodation
Douglas Business Park is accessed from level entrances off Pennygillam Way, which is the primary arterial route through the estate with a busy flow of passing traffic. Douglas Business Park has been created from space adjoining the motorship dealer Spry’s of Launceston, who continue to occupy the site alongside the national trade counter business Toolstation Ltd., Hawkins Motors, Launceston Cycles and Toms Hydraulics. The unit sits under a sloping roof with the highest section abutting the party wall to Unit 2 (3.77m to eaves and 6.78m to ridge). Unit 1 has new powder coated double glazed aluminium entrance doors to the front and can be presented in shell condition ready for tenant fit out or retained in its current form with a mezzanine and office/trade counter below. There is a roller door to the rear for loading (approximate clear width 3.96m and height of 3.8m).
