Terms
The property is available by way of an assignment of the remainder of a 3 year protected internal repairing and insuring lease, which commenced on the 31st October 2022. Rent is payable monthly in advance and a £1,000 deposit is required to be held during the term. The lease includes an upward only rent review to consumer price index in October 2024. The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the roller shutter and personnel doors. A maintenance rent of 10% plus VAT of the annual rent will be charged for exterior maintenance.
